1 year agoSean O'Malley got the job done on Saturday night at UFC 292 as he scored a TKO victory over Aljamain Sterling in the opening minute of the second round to become the new undisputed bantamweight champion. O'Malley entered the main event of UFC 292 as a sizeable underdog, with Sterling riding a nine-fight undefeated streak and possessing some of the most dominant grappling skills the division has ever seen. At the start of the second round, O'Malley landed a picture-perfect right hand, dropping Sterling. Shortly after that, O'Malley finished Sterling with a flurry of blows.
