Portland Trail Blazers center Robert Williams III (back) is ruled out ahead of Tuesday's game against the Washington Wizards. The Blazers have decided to hold out Williams for the second game of this back-to-back set. It's not shocking to see the Blazers giving their oft-injured big man a maintenance day here. The expectation is that Williams will be back in the mix for Friday's game versus the New York Knicks. Donovan Clingan will see a boost in fantasy value, while Yang Hansen should see more run in the rotation as the backup. Fantasy managers should consider Clingan a plus-streaming option for Tuesday's slate. Hansen has been too inconsistent to trust, even with Williams on the sideline.--Andy Webb
