Robby Anderson Scores Long Touchdown In Victory
Robby Anderson caught one pass, but made it count in Sunday's victory over the Jets. Anderson connected with his old friend Sam Darnold on a 57-yard score against his former employer, beating the inexperienced Jets secondary. The speedy wideout was only targeted three times, taking a backseat to Christian McCaffrey and D.J. Moore, which would have been more concerning if he didn't haul in the long touchdown. Anderson should still be viewed on the WR2/3 border moving forward thanks to his big-play ability, though his upside would take a hit if he continues to be the third option behind McCaffrey and Moore. He'll get a bit of a tougher matchup in Week 2 against the Saints' defense.
