The Boston Red Sox are showing interest in free-agent starting pitcher Corey Kluber, who makes his home in the greater Boston, according to a source. The 34-year-old right-hander is progressing nicely from the teres major muscle strain that cut his 2020 season short (just one inning pitched), and he is expected to resume throwing bullpen sessions this month. The two-time Cy Young winner could also see interest from the Yankees and Mets if he proves to be fully healthy this offseason. If healthy, Kluber could be a nice low-risk, short-term option for a Boston team that needs to upgrade their pitching after a last-place finish in 2020. The Yankees haven't publicly shown interest in Kluber, but they're in need of rotation help with Masahiro Tanaka, James Paxton and J.A. Happ all being free agents as well.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
