3 years agoMiami Dolphins wide receiver Preston Williams has been ruled out for Week 8 against the Buffalo Bills and won't travel with the team. Williams wasn't listed on the team's final injury report on Friday, so he'll be a healthy scratch. The move is a sign that DeVante Parker (hamstring, shoulder), who is listed as questionable, will return to action after missing the last three games. Williams has played in just three games this season due to injuries, and he wasn't able to capitalize in recent weeks with Parker on the sidelines. The 24-year-old has just five receptions on his 12 targets for 67 yards on the season and can be left to the waiver wire in most single-year formats.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
