Preston Williams Questionable To Play In London
3 years agoMiami Dolphins wide receiver Preston Williams (groin) is listed as questionable to play in London on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars after a groin injury flared up in practice on Thursday. If Williams is able to get the green light this weekend, he should serve as the No. 2 behind rookie Jaylen Waddle with DeVante Parker (shoulder) already ruled out for the second straight week. In an elevated role last week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Williams had a team-high three receptions on five targets (second only to Waddle) for a team-high 60 yards in the loss. He could have a higher ceiling with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (ribs) expected to return in a good matchup against the winless Jaguars, but Williams would still merely be a WR4/flex consideration in deeper leagues. If he's inactive, Mack Hollins and Isaiah Ford would likely feature in three-wide sets behind Waddle.
