Jaylon Johnson Placed on Injured Reserve, Out Indefinitely

Chicago Bears cornerback Jaylon Johnson (groin) has been placed on Injured Reserve and has an indefinite timeline for return, per Ian Rapoport of NFL.com. Johnson missed Week 1 due to a groin injury, and then re-aggravated the injury while attempting to play through it in Week 2. The star corner will now miss at least the next four games for Chicago, and it sounds as though he could be out for a longer stretch. In 17 games last season, Johnson recorded 42 solo tackles and two interceptions and was named to his second Pro Bowl. The Bears surrendered 52 points to the Detroit Lions in Week 2.
