Paul George Leads Clippers To Victory With 29 Points
2 years agoLos Angeles Clippers guard/forward Paul George totaled a team-high 29 points in Monday's 124-116 win over Brooklyn, shooting 10-for-20 from the field with a 3-for-7 mark from outside. He pulled down four rebounds, handed out three assists and also picked up two steals in 34 minutes on the court. George has struggled for consistency lately, but that's now back-to-back impressive efforts from him, and he'll get a three-game run of home outings next to build up further momentum. The first game of the homestand comes on Wednesday against the Mavericks, a team that has struggled to keep George quiet this season. He has averaged 22.0 points on 54.2 percent shooting against them with 6.5 rebounds and 5.0 assists.
