Although Kurt Busch has a solid history at most 1.5 Mile Intermediate tracks, Homestead statistically, is one of his worst tracks. In his 20 starts at the Miami track, the driver of the No. 1 Chevrolet has seven top 10 finishes with only one being earned in his last five Cup races. Busch also failed to pick up positive place differential in each of his last four Cup events at Homestead. The starting position of Busch this week is fifth, making it highly likely that he will lose place differential considering the drivers that have historically performed better at HMS.
