Washington Wizards guard Jordan Poole (elbow) is unavailable for Wednesday's matchup with the Philadelphia 76ers due to a right elbow contusion. The Wizards are staying on the cautious end, keeping Poole out of tonight's action as they are on the back end of back-to-back games. The 25-year-old finished with 19 points, one rebound and three assists across 19 minutes in a 104-98 loss to the Pacers on Tuesday. Marcus Smart and Bub Carrington will likely absorb most of the available minutes in the backcourt this evening.--Andrew Lennox - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

Memphis Grizzlies small forward Jaylen Wells suffered a broken wrist during Tuesday's win against the Charlotte Hornets. The 21-year-old rookie broke his right wrist after a hard fall, landing on his arm and head due to a mid-air collision at the end of a fast-break dunk. Wells was down on the court for several minutes before medical personnel placed him onto a stretcher, securing his head to restrict motion. He was taken to the hospital, where he had movement in all his extremities, interim head coach Tuomas Iisalo said. This injury marks an unfortunate ending to a solid rookie season, in which Wells averaged 10.4 points and 3.4 rebounds in 25.9 minutes. Vince Williams Jr. started the second half in Wells' place on Tuesday and will likely receive increased usage moving forward.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerSource: NBA.com

Toronto Raptors center Jakob Poeltl (hand) is questionable to play against the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday night. Following a scheduled rest day against the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday, Poeltl was expected to rejoin the action against Charlotte, but he is on the injury report with a right hand injury. With Poeltl frequently out of the lineup lately, Orlando Robinson and Jonathan Mogbo have stepped up to take on bigger roles. Both players will receive extra work again on Wednesday if Poeltl remains out of the lineup.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

Toronto Raptors guard/forward Scottie Barnes (hand) is considered questionable for Wednesday's action against the Charlotte Hornets. He may sit out a third straight game due to a hand injury. The Raptors look set to roll out a shorthanded lineup again, as Ochai Agbaji (rest), Jamal Shead (rest), and Ja'Kobe Walter (hip) are already ruled out, and Jakob Poeltl (hand) is also carrying a questionable tag. This could greatly boost the offensive usage of RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley. Meanwhile, Jonathan Mogbo will likely continue to start in Barnes' place.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

Miami Heat forward Andrew Wiggins (hamstring) is considered questionable for Wednesday's tilt against the Chicago Bulls. Wiggins appears to be nearing his return, but he may still be forced to sit out a seventh consecutive game due to right hamstring tendinopathy. Pelle Larsson has become a regular starter during Wiggins' absence, although his performances tend to vary significantly. His average numbers for the last six games stand at 10.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 2.2 steals. Duncan Robinson has also taken on a larger role recently and could be in for a big night against a team that allows the fourth-most three-point attempts in the league.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons (forearm) is at risk of missing a fifth consecutive game, as the team lists him as questionable for Wednesday's contest against the Utah Jazz. Portland's top scorer has landed on the shelf with a right forearm contusion. Simons has joined Scoot Henderson (concussion) on the sidelines, leaving the Trail Blazers' backcourt shorthanded. Due to the injury situation, Dalano Banton has made four consecutive starts, scoring at least 20 points in each of the last three. With neither Deandre Ayton (calf) nor Jerami Grant (knee) in the lineup on Wednesday, and Deni Avdija (thumb) potentially remaining out, Banton must carry the offensive load again alongside Shaedon Sharpe and Toumani Camara.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

Portland Trail Blazers forward Deni Avdija (thumb) has been listed as questionable for Wednesday's encounter with the Utah Jazz. A right thumb injury knocked Avdija out of the lineup for Sunday's contest against the San Antonio Spurs, and it could rob him of another game on Wednesday night. Matisse Thybulle replaced Avdija in the starting unit on Sunday, while Kris Murray received additional minutes off the bench. Although Murray was the more productive of the two, history has shown that neither player can be relied upon for consistent fantasy value.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

Sacramento Kings forward Keegan Murray (back) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's matchup against the Denver Nuggets. He may have to skip a third consecutive game due to lower back inflammation. Trey Lyles is likely to log another start if Murray cannot return to the lineup. Lyles has seen heavy usage over the last couple of games, averaging 39.0 minutes a night, but his efforts have not translated well into fantasy basketball. In the two starts, Lyles has averaged 7.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 1.0 steals.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

Sacramento Kings guard Malik Monk (calf) has been ruled out for Wednesday's tilt against the Denver Nuggets. He injured his left calf on Monday against the Detroit Pistons and could be done for the rest of the regular season. Monk's early exit on Monday gave Devin Carter a spot in the rotation. He finished with seven points, two rebounds, one assist, and one steal in 22 minutes. Carter will likely get a bump in minutes again on Wednesday night, but fantasy managers should not get too excited about this, as the 23-year-old struggled to fill the box score against the Pistons.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

Houston Rockets point guard Fred VanVleet is unlikely to suit up for Wednesday's contest against the Los Angeles Clippers, as the team has listed him as doubtful on the injury report. VanVleet is experiencing soreness in his right ankle and looks set to sit out for the second time in four games. Tari Eason was brought into the starting unit when VanVleet missed a 143-105 win against the Utah Jazz on April 2. However, Rockets head coach Ime Udoka might have different plans for Wednesday, as he could also be without Alperen Sengun (back) and Jabari Smith Jr. (groin), who are both considered questionable for the game.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

Houston Rockets forward/center Jabari Smith Jr. (groin) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers. He is attempting to overcome left groin soreness before tip-off. If Smith Jr. is unable to play, Tari Eason will likely receive additional minutes, with Jae'Sean Tate or Cam Whitmore possibly re-entering the rotation. Meanwhile, if Smith Jr. gets the green light to play, he may see increased usage in the frontcourt since Alperen Sengun (back) is also questionable for the game, and his absence would open up significant minutes at the center position.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

Houston Rockets center Alperen Sengun (back) is considered questionable for Wednesday's clash against the Los Angeles Clippers. The big man from Turkey is dealing with soreness in his lower back and might be absent from the lineup for only the fifth time this season. Steven Adams and Jock Landale are likely to see increased usage if Sengun is ruled out for the game. Jabari Smith Jr. (groin) can also fill minutes at center, but he isn't at 100 percent either and has joined Sengun on the injury report with a questionable designation.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

Philadelphia 76ers guard/forward Quentin Grimes (back) has been listed as questionable for Wednesday's meeting with the Washington Wizards. He could be removed from the lineup due to a sore back. Since moving to Philadelphia, Grimes has taken his game to the next level, averaging 26.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, 5.1 assists, and 1.8 steals since the beginning of March. Lonnie Walker IV and Ricky Council IV may be required to contribute significantly to the offense in Wednesday's game, particularly with Justin Edwards (ribs) also listed as questionable.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

Denver Nuggets point guard Jamal Murray (hamstring) is considered doubtful for Wednesday's matchup against the Sacramento Kings. He will likely sit out a sixth consecutive game as the Nuggets hit the court for the first time since the stunning firing of head coach Michael Malone. It will be interesting to see what adjustments interim head coach David Adelman makes to the lineup and rotation. Russell Westbrook has filled in for Murray in the starting unit for most of the season, but he has run with the starters only once in the last five games that Murray has missed. Jalen Pickett has recently seen increased usage in the first unit, yet he has been unproductive on most nights.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report

Miami Heat forward/center Bam Adebayo (back) will rejoin the lineup on Wednesday against the Chicago Bulls. The two-time Olympic champion was unavailable on Monday night against the Philadelphia 76ers due to back spasms. Haywood Highsmith received the starting nod and is likely to move back into the second unit for Wednesday's matchup. The Bulls are weak defensively, and Adebayo has not had any problems exploiting their shortcomings, averaging 22.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 3.0 assists in the matchup this season. On Wednesday, Adebayo might have increased offensive usage, as Andrew Wiggins (hamstring) is listed as questionable and may miss another game.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerSource: NBA Injury Report
