The Green Bay Packers have signed third-round rookie wide receiver Savion Williams to a four-year, $6.28 million deal. Green Bay has now signed all but two of their picks from April's draft -- their first- and second-rounders. The second of the Pack's drafted wide receivers (Matthew Golden), Williams is a big, physical wideout with excellent speed for his size (6-foot-4, 4.48 40-yard dash). He has all the athletic gifts to be a menace in the league, but is raw as a route runner, making him more of a developmental asset at this time. It seems unlikely that he'll immediately compete for snaps, considering the Packers' loaded WR corps -- filled to the brim with viable NFL-caliber wideouts. Still, he's an intriguing prospect tied to one of the league's better quarterbacks. If the 23-year-old can hammer out the finer details, seeing him carve out a role with Green Bay wouldn't be surprising.--Alex CiullaSource: Green Bay Packers

The Philadelphia Eagles have signed fifth-round defensive back Mac McWilliams to his four-year rookie contract on Saturday. He's the fifth Eagles rookie to ink their deal, joining quarterback Kyle McCord, tackle Myles Hinton, and linebackers Smael Mondon Jr. and Antwaun Powell-Ryland. The Central Florida alum started 11 games for the team in 2024 and graded out as their best defender. McWilliams recorded 32 tackles (25 solo), with a sack, an INT, and seven tackles for loss. Per assistant general manager Alec Halaby, the 23-year-old possesses the versatility to line up inside or outside, carrying go routes with his athleticism, or stepping up in the run game when needed. "He's a great kid who works extremely hard. We have a lot of belief that he can maximize what he can be," stated Halaby.--Alex CiullaSource: Philadelphia Eagles

Per the team, the Baltimore Ravens are signing former Los Angeles Rams offensive lineman Joe Noteboom to an undisclosed contract. The 29-year-old spent his entire seven-year career with the Rams after they selected him in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft. Noteboom started 35 of 71 games in LA, but appeared in only four in 2024 while battling an ankle injury throughout the campaign. Baltimore further bolsters its line, adding a versatile tackle with experience at guard. He'll join third, fifth, and seventh-round picks Emery Jones Jr., Carson Vinson, and Garrett Dellinger as new acquisitions on the Ravens' offensive front. Noteboom should provide solid depth alongside tackles Ronnie Stanley and Roger Rosengarten.--Alex CiullaSource: Matt Ryan

The Green Bay Packers have been busy signing some of their 2025 NFL draft picks from last week. NFL.com reports that they have signed offensive lineman John Williams (No. 250 overall in the seventh round), wide receiver Savion Williams (No. 87 overall, third round), defensive linemen Warren Brinson (No. 198 overall, sixth round), Collin Oliver (No. 159 overall, fifth round), and Barryn Sorrell (No. 124 overall, fourth round) and cornerback Micah Robinson (No. 237 overall, seventh round). Williams, who is listed as an offensive guard, stands at 6-foot-4 and 322 pounds. He didn't play much in college until his senior year at Cincinnati, and he represents a developmental offensive-guard prospect for the Packers heading into the 2025 season this fall. Williams has good size but lacks agility, which is why he'll likely stick on the interior.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: NFL.com

The market for a return on Miami Dolphins cornerback Jalen Ramsey in a trade is weaker now that the 2025 NFL draft has passed, but the Dolphins are still expected to move him this offseason. The Dolphins would clear almost $10 million in 2025 salary cap space if Ramsey is a post-June 1 trade. There has been some talk that the Los Angeles Rams would be open to a reunion with the seven-time Pro Bowler, but NFL.com's Nick Shook lists the Baltimore Ravens as potentially being the best fit. Baltimore's secondary appears crowded as of now, and money could be an issue, but they have never shied away from making instant-impact signings at the back end of their defense. Other teams that could look to trade for Ramsey include the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Arizona Cardinals and Las Vegas Raiders, but there's also still a chance he sticks in Miami in 2025.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: NFL.com - Nick Shook

Veteran wide receiver Amari Cooper is one of the top free agents still available after the NFL draft last week, and NFL.com's Kevin Patra suggests that reuniting with the Dallas Cowboys could be the best fit for him. The five-time Pro Bowler is coming off the worst year of his career in 2024 with the Cleveland Browns and Buffalo Bills, combining for 44 catches, 547 yards and four touchdowns in 14 total games. He had just 297 yards and two TDs in eight regular-season games with the Bills and averaged just 6.8 yards per catch in three playoff games. The 30-year-old might not be a No. 1 wideout anymore, but he could still have value, and a return to the receiver-needy Cowboys could spark a resurgence. In addition to Dallas, Patra thinks the Arizona Cardinals, New Orleans Saints, Philadelphia Eagles, Las Vegas Raiders, New York Jets and Bills could be potential landing spots for the former first-rounder.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: NFL.com - Kevin Patra

The Seattle Seahawks were busy on Friday before the start of their rookie minicamp and signed 17 undrafted free agents. Their undrafted free-agent class is defense-heavy, with 11 players coming from the defensive side. Their 2025 undrafted free-agent class includes cornerbacks Zy Alexander (LSU) and Isas Waxter (Villanova), wide receiver Tyrone Broden (Arkansas), linebackers Seth Coleman (Illinois), Jalan Gaines (Illinois State), Jared Ivy (Mississippi), Connor O'Toole (Utah) and Jackson Woodard (UNLV), defensive end T.J. Jackson (West Virginia), tight ends Nick Kallerup (Minnesota) and Marshall Lang (Northwestern), tackle Amari Kight (Central Florida), center Federico Maranges (Florida Atlantic), nose tackles Demeco Roland (Southern Mississippi), J.R. Singleton (Iowa State) and Bubba Thomas (South Alabama), and running back Jacardia Wright (Missouri State).--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: Seahawks.com - John Boyle

Seattle Seahawks rookie tight end Elijah Arroyo (knee) said that the knee injury that slowed him down during the pre-draft process is behind him. Arroyo didn't run the 40-yard dash at the scouting combine in February or at his Pro Day due to his knee injury, but the Seahawks estimated that the 6-foot-5, 254-pounder would run a 4.52-second 40 based on his GPS speeds. Despite his knee issue, the Seahawks selected the 22-year-old former Miami product in the second round (50th overall) in last week's draft. Seattle still has Noah Fant, who caught 48 passes for 500 yards and a touchdown on 64 targets in 14 games in 2024, but Arroyo has a shot to carve out a significant role in his rookie season, especially as a red-zone target for quarterback Sam Darnold. Arroyo can probably be ignored in standard redraft leagues this fall but will be an intriguing dynasty/keeper prospect long-term.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: ESPN.com - Brady Henderson

The Philadelphia Eagles signed undrafted rookie free-agent wide receivers Darius Cooper (Tarleton State) and Taylor Morin (Wake Forest), running backs Montrell Johnson (Florida) and Shunderrick Powell (Central Arkansas), linebacker Lance Dixon (Toledo), defensive backs Maxen Hook (Toledo), Brandon Johnson (Oregon), and BJ Mayes (Texas A&M), and offensive lineman (Hollin Pierce (Rutgers) on Friday. Cooper finished second in Division 1 last year with 1,450 receiving yards and sixth in touchdowns with 14. He had 164 catches for 3,185 yards and 29 touchdowns in 48 career games. Johnson will add depth to Philly's backfield after rushing for 2,251 yards and 21 TDs in his three seasons with the Gators. Morin was Wake Forest's all-time leading receiver with 2,974 yards. He also finished second all-time in school history in catches (227) and fourth in touchdowns (21).--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: PhiladelphiaEagles.com

Philadelphia Eagles rookie first-round linebacker Jihaad Campbell (shoulder) was not participating in the team's rookie minicamp on Friday while he recovers from offseason shoulder surgery. It's no surprise that Campbell isn't ready to take part in on-field work after he tore his labrum and had surgery in March. The defending Super Bowl champions have no reason to rush Campbell along as he gets ready for his first season in the NFL. However, as long as the 21-year-old doesn't suffer a setback during his recovery, he could be ready to go for the start of training camp at the end of July. The Eagles haven't put a timeline on the 31st overall pick in last week's NFL draft. When the Eagles broke off to position drills on Friday, Campbell went with the off-ball linebackers, which means he may not be viewed as a pure pass-rusher just yet.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: 94WIP.com - Eliot Shorr-Parks

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed that cornerback Jaire Alexander (knee) is not taking part in the team's voluntary offseason program. "I just know we're trying to work through it," LaFleur said. Alexander took part in the team's remote sessions last week, but it's not a big surprise that he's not doing any physical activities yet after having offseason surgery to fix a PCL tear in his right knee. Although it's unclear if the veteran defensive back will even be back in Green Bay for the 2025 season, a report surfaced earlier this week that the two sides continue to discuss a resolution to keep him in town. Alexander has $24.6 million and $27 million salary cap hits over the next two seasons, which is likely why he hasn't been traded. The former 18th overall pick in 2018 out of Louisville is a two-time Pro Bowler but has played in just 14 games the last two seasons due to injuries.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerSource: The Athletic - Matt Schneidman

The San Francisco 49ers have agreed to a one-year contract with former Atlanta Falcons tight end Ross Dwelley. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported the news, but did not disclose the monetary details. The 30-year-old spent his first seven campaigns in the league with San Francisco and will return after a one-year stint with the Falcons. Dwelley appeared in all 17 games last season, but he played only 105 snaps (9.19%) -- snagging his only target for a gain of five yards. He did most of his damage -- snap-wise -- on special teams, but was still only on the field roughly a third of the time (37.22% of snaps). It's possible the 49ers brought him on due to his familiarity with their system, but he doesn't project to make an impact in the receiving column. He'll serve as a depth piece for the organization.--Alex CiullaSource: Adam Schefter

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that the San Francisco 49ers have signed former Kansas City Chiefs offensive lineman D.J. Humphries to an undisclosed contract. Humphries started just two games last season for the Chiefs while recovering from an ACL injury he sustained on New Year's Eve the year before. However, he's reportedly healthy now and should provide decent depth at tackle for the 49ers as teammate Trent Williams (ankle) is still dealing with an ankle ailment he picked up in 2024. A former first-round pick, the 31-year-old started 15 games for the Cardinals in 2023 and has been a starter when he's healthy. It's a solid acquisition for San Francisco if Humphries is past the ACL injury.--Alex CiullaSource: Ian Rapoport
