Indiana Pacers forward Obi Toppin (foot) will miss Thursday's encounter with the Phoenix Suns. Toppin wasn't on the initial injury report before the team decided to rule him out for the contest with an hour and a half before tip-off. He has made six appearances since recovering from a fractured foot and started in Pascal Siakam's (knee) place on Tuesday against Sacramento. With both Siakam and Toppin out, Kobe Brown could move into the first unit, which would give him more fantasy value.--Taavi Pailk
