San Francisco Giants starting pitcher Johnny Cueto (elbow) had a second MRI to determine the extent of ligament damage, and afterwards said he trusts "the best in the business" when he says rehab will fix it, referring to Dr. James Andrews. Andrews is the best in the business, so it is safe to say that Cueto will not need season-ending Tommy John surgery and will only be out six to eight weeks. Cueto was off to a terrific start to the season, boasting a 3-0 record with a 0.84 ERA through five starts. Even with the extended absence, Cueto is a must-hold in all formats.--Steve McCarthy - RotoBaller
