Nick Senzel Hits Homer In Loss
6 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Nick Senzel went 1-for-3 with a solo homer in a 7-1 loss to the Texas Rangers on Friday. Senzel's blast came in the eighth inning off Drew Smyly, giving the Reds their only run of the ballgame. The rookie outfielder is now hitting .272 with six home runs, 24 runs, 16 RBI, and five steals in 151 at-bats. He has been heating up at the plate of late, hitting .295 with three homers over his past 15 games played. Senzel has an impact bat and is just beginning to scratch the surface of his potential as he should continue to provide fantasy value for years to come.
