Myles Turner "Loves" Pacers Moves
1 year agoIndiana Pacers center Myles Turner has given his approval to the team's offseason moves and is excited for what's to come. "I love what we did this summer," Turner said. "I think we got a lot more athletic. I think Tyrese (Haliburton) is going to thrive with this. … I love how fast we are." The Pacers were able to add Bruce Brown as a free agent, traded for Obi Toppin, and had a busy draft with five picks, including three first-round selections. Turner looked to have been on his way out in Indiana now long ago and openly flirted with the Lakers last season, but he signed a two-year extension in January and appears committed to the cause now. The 27-year-old heads into 2023-24 following a career year. Turner put up 18.0 points and posted 7.5 rebounds with 2.3 blocks last season.
