Myles Garrett Not Practicing Wednesday
4 years agoCleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett (ankle) is sitting out of practice on Wednesday. Garrett is a must-start IDP defensive lineman each and every week, so this is an injury to keep an eye on throughout the rest of the week. Garrett has a league-high nine sacks and four forced fumbles through seven weeks, including 22 combined tackles (19 solo), five tackles for loss, 13 QB hits and two fumble recoveries. The season-opener against the Ravens is the only game so far in 2020 where he has failed to record a sack. Cleveland's defense overall has given up a lot of points this year and aren't attractive from a fantasy point of view, but Garrett continues to be a pass-rushing beast. Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is hoping that Garrett's injury keeps him from playing in Week 8.
