Detroit Red Wings defenseman Moritz Seider wasn't able to complete Tuesday's 5-2 loss to Nashville, exiting the action in the third period with an undisclosed injury. The youngster received a hit from Roman Josi and banged his head on the glass. He managed to log his 18th point of the campaign with a power-play assist before having his night at the office cut short. Seider is among the top-scoring rookies this season, and hopefully, he can return quickly. We should consider the German day-to-day for now. Detroit will have Wednesday off before meeting St. Louis Thursday night.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
