Minnesota Wild winger Matthew Boldy had a great night cut short by an upper-body injury on Thursday against Pittsburgh. He tallied two assists in just 9:17 of action before being forced to leave. Luckily, it appears that Boldy's injury isn't a long-term thing, and he's set to travel with the team as the Wild kick off a four-game road trip on Saturday. The 20-year-old made his NHL debut on Jan. 6 and has gone on to register 12 goals and 27 points across 32 outings. He's tied for second in rookie scoring since his debut. Defenseman Jon Merrill also suffered an upper-body injury on Thursday and will miss the upcoming road trip.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
