Vegas Golden Knights right wing Mark Stone has revealed that he played through Game 5 of the 2023 Stanley Cup Finals with a fractured wrist. Speaking on "The Pat McAfee Show", Stone said he "took a whack" to his left wrist in the first period of the Cup-clinching game and had to take "a few things in between periods" to play through it. The injury didn't keep the Vegas captain from becoming the first player since 1996 to score a hat trick in the Stanley Cup Finals. Injuries have plagued Stone throughout his career, and he even had a second back surgery in nine months in January, but the 31-year-old should be good to go for the start of the 2023-24 campaign.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
