Toronto Maple Leafs forward William Nylander has not yet agreed to a contract and remains a restricted free agent and as a result, he will not be in the lineup for Toronto's opening game against Montreal on Wednesday. With contract negotiations still ongoing there is no timetable for his return but with the cost of missing games now a reality, you have to imagine that an agreement will be made sooner rather than later.
