New Jersey Devils goaltender Mackenzie Blackwood posted his second consecutive win on Tuesday, backstopping his team to a 4-3 victory over the New York Rangers. The second-year NHL'er was magnificent in this contest, turning aside 47 of 50 shots sent his way. Having assumed the starting netminder role in New Jersey following Corey Crawford's preseason retirement, Blackwood is proving once again that's he's ready for that role - posting a 1.90 goals-against average and a .948 save percentage through three starts.
