Luis Robert Jr. Out Against Tigers
2 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Luis Robert Jr. is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's contest against the Detroit Tigers. Robert dealt with tightness in his hip earlier in the week and didn't play on Wednesday, but this looks to be just a normal day of rest for the oft-injured outfielder. In the two games since his return, the 25-year-old has gone hitless in seven at-bats and will start on the bench on Saturday. Robert should be in most starting fantasy lineups whenever he's on the field, as he can do it all with the bat when he's healthy. He's currently hitting .263 (50-for-190) with 13 doubles, 13 homers, 29 RBI, two steals and 35 runs in 51 games. Clint Frazier is starting in center field on Saturday and is hitting eighth against Tigers right-hander Michael Lorenzen.
