Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid came back to earth against the Chargers with two catches for 38 yards, but one quiet afternoon shouldn't erase the first two weeks. Kincaid had 225 receiving yards and a touchdown before Week 3 and has caught 14 of 17 targets overall. Buffalo continues to spread the ball around at wide receiver, which has helped Kincaid maintain a meaningful place in the passing game. New England has defended well early, so expecting another huge yardage day would be aggressive. Fantasy managers don't need that from him to justify a start. Buffalo Bills wide receiver DJ Moore (shoulder) will not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against New England after being limited during the week. That clears up the biggest concern surrounding him. Moore saw 10 targets against the Chargers and caught six for 67 yards, giving him 11 receptions for 167 yards and a touchdown through three games. He has already shown a 100-yard ceiling in this offense, and New England will be without top cornerback Christian Gonzalez (shoulder). The matchup still isn't a layup, but Moore's role matters more. RotoBaller lists him at WR22 for Week 4. With the shoulder no longer putting his availability in question, Moore is a solid WR2 and the Buffalo wideout fantasy managers should feel best about starting.--Bruno Mulé

Buffalo Bills running back James Cook III has put together back-to-back monster rushing performances. He followed 135 yards against Detroit with 154 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries against the Chargers, bringing him to 346 rushing yards on 58 attempts through three games. That is 6.0 yards per carry, and the workload has been every bit as encouraging as the efficiency. Josh Allen will continue to steal some short-yardage touchdowns, but Cook has handled enough volume for that to be a secondary concern. New England has allowed 325 rushing yards through three games. RotoBaller has Cook at RB7 for Week 4, and there is no reason to get cute with this one. He belongs in lineups as an RB1 again Sunday.--Bruno Mulé

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen wasn't sharp through the air against the Chargers, finishing with 204 yards and two interceptions, but fantasy managers still got what they needed because he scored twice on the ground. Allen already has six rushing touchdowns through three games to go with 786 passing yards and five passing scores. New England has been one of the better defensive teams early, allowing 17.0 points per game, so this isn't necessarily a blow-up spot. It also doesn't change the decision. Allen's rushing role keeps bailing out ordinary passing days, and Buffalo is still averaging 33.7 points per game. He remains RotoBaller's QB1 for Week 4. Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin (hamstring) is reportedly likely to miss the Week 4 matchup with the Indianapolis Colts in London, according to Ben Standig, a Commanders reporter for Last Man Standig Substack. McLaurin showed up on the injury report late this week, as he logged a limited practice session on Friday due to a hamstring issue. He was officially designated as questionable heading into Sunday's game with the Colts. Additionally, the Commanders will be without quarterback Jayden Daniels in Week 4. Through three games in 2026, McLaurin has recorded 10 receptions (on 22 targets) for 141 yards (14.1 yards per catch) and a touchdown. Washington Commanders starting quarterback Jayden Daniels (elbow) could return in a Week 5 matchup against the New York Giants, The Ringer's Tom Pelissero reports. Daniels suffered a dislocated elbow injury in a Week 2 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. He missed the Week 3 victory over the Seattle Seahawks and has already been ruled out for the Week 4 game against the Indianapolis Colts. However, Daniels returned to practice this week, logging three limited practice sessions in a row. Daniels appears to be trending in the right direction. The New York Giants' defense performed well in harsh conditions against a struggling Tennessee Titans defense in Week 3. They held the Titans to just seven points and forced two turnovers, but the Giants lost a key piece on their defensive line. Edge rusher and 2025 team sack leader Brian Burns (knee) suffered a torn ACL and will miss the rest of the 2026 season. Without Burns and with the loss of defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence in the offseason, the Giants could struggle moving forward. They face a Cardinals offense that scored 26 points against the Chargers in Week 1 and 30 points against the 49ers in Week 3. With quarterback Jacoby Brissett, the Cardinals offense remains underrated, averaging the fifth-most yards in the NFL (371.3). New York Giants tight end Isaiah Likely is looking to bounce back after a down game in Week 3. He caught just two of five targets for 13 yards in the 12-7 win over the Tennessee Titans. In two games with backup quarterback Jameis Winston, Likely has caught just seven of 15 targets for 46 yards, averaging just 4.1 half-PPR fantasy points per game. On a positive note, Likely's usage has improved significantly from his Week 1 role, with 77% of snaps and 85% of routes over the last two weeks. He also faces an Arizona Cardinals defense that has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to tight ends this season, including a monster performance against 49ers star tight end George Kittle in Week 3. While his struggles with Winston could pose a threat to his Week 4 outlook, Likely should be considered a low-end TE1 against a weaker Cardinals secondary.--Nathan Harvey

However, the Giants' offense under offensive coordinator Matt Nagy ranks 28th in pass attempts and 30th in pass rate over expected. With star receiver Malik Nabers and tight end Isaiah Likely dominating the volume in this passing attack, little is left for the rookie receiver. Fields faces an Arizona Cardinals secondary that has allowed the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. The Chicago Bears D/ST is an intriguing fantasy stream in Week 4 when they take on the visiting New York Jets. Chicago's defense was a sieve in Week 1, yielding 37 points and nearly 500 total yards (478) on the road to the Panthers. Since then, though, the unit has allowed a mere 16 points combined to the Eagles and Vikings. Quarterback Geno Smith and the Jets have played well so far, ranking thirteenth (329) and seventeenth (21.3) in yards and points per game, respectively. That said, New York will be without its RB1 in Breece Hall (quad), and also missing wide receiver Adonai Mitchell (finger) and tight end Mason Taylor (thumb) - softening the outlook of what's been a capable offense. There is some risk here, but owners in a pinch for a high-upside stream can look to Chicago in an advantageous spot. The unit ranks as RotoBaller's D/ST8 for Week 4.--Alex Ciulla

Tampa Bay Buccaneers starting quarterback Baker Mayfield (thumb) is scheduled to have stitches removed from his thumb on Monday, according to Tom Pelissero of The Ringer. Mayfield suffered a dislocated right thumb injury in a Week 3 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Tampa Bay head coach Todd Bowles recently said that Mayfield is expected to miss a "minimum of three weeks," but Pelissero noted that Mayfield is pushing to beat that timeline and could potentially be targeting a Week 6 return against the Pittsburgh Steelers. ESPN's Jenna Laine reported that Mayfield avoided damage to the ligament and tendon in his thumb. Chicago Bears tight end Colston Loveland looks to get his season going in Sunday's home matchup with the New York Jets. After three games, the second-year pro is bordering on outright bust territory following a summer when his breakout was heralded as a foregone conclusion. Loveland isn't all to blame, as the Week 1 game script and an injury to starting quarterback Caleb Williams (hamstring) in Week 2 have contributed to his lagging production. However, the concern of too many mouths to feed in Chicago's attack has rung true. Moreover, the emergence of veteran Kalif Raymond is an unaccounted-for added variable that's made the passing pie smaller than initially anticipated. Loveland still looks like an integral part of the Bears' offense. For now, though, fantasy managers can't bank on the lofty preseason expectations once held for the 22-year-old. Mooney faces an Arizona Cardinals secondary that has allowed the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. With Cardinals cornerbacks Will Johnson (neck) and Garrett Williams (achilles) ruled out and Max Melton (toe) questionable, Mooney and the Giants' receivers should be able to produce. Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze is a volatile flex option in this Sunday's home matchup against the New York Jets. Odunze has put a preseason calf issue behind him, but still faces hurdles in the way of targets. Heading into the year, it seemed that this offense would funnel opportunities through Odunze, fellow wideout Luther Burden III, and tight end Colston Loveland in the passing game. Quarterback Caleb Williams' (hamstring) injury aside, it's veteran wide receiver Kalif Raymond standing in the way of Odunze's increased production. As it stands, the third-year pass catcher leads his cohorts in snaps. However, he's very clearly the main downfield threat in the attack, making easier looks harder to come by. Odunze is a talented young receiver, but his current standing in an offense loaded with weapons leaves something to be desired. Despite a tough spot in the Jets this weekend, the 24-year-old lands favorably as RotoBaller's PPR WR38.--Alex Ciulla

His struggles with quarterback Jameis Winston are evident, and both are hoping to bounce back against an Arizona Cardinals secondary that has allowed the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. Chicago Bears wide receiver Kalif Raymond looks to continue his recent string of success ahead of Sunday's matchup with the visiting New York Jets. Raymond has been a nice surprise for Chicago in 2026. Through three games, the 32-year-old leads the team with 19 receptions and 214 receiving yards, all while finishing two targets shy of teammate Luther Burden III's 23. Whether Raymond will be productive all season remains to be seen, but his knowledge of head coach Ben Johnson's offense has made him a reliable outlet on a play-by-play basis. Additionally, the veteran appears to be the preferred option over Burden in two-wide-receiver personnel. Another potential switch at quarterback could make the floor of this offense volatile until the return of Caleb Williams (hamstring). Still, Raymond has been a go-to guy regardless of who is calling signals. He rises a bit this week, clocking in at RotoBaller's PPR WR46.--Alex Ciulla

New York Giants running back Najee Harris had nine carries for 52 yards in the 12-7 win over the Tennessee Titans. With running back Devin Singletary a healthy scratch in Week 3, Harris saw an expanded role, playing 21% of the snaps and becoming the clear backup to starter Cam Skattebo. While Skattebo had 23 touches against the Titans, he was inefficient, averaging 3.0 yards per carry compared to Harris' 5.8. This could be an interesting backfield to watch in Week 4 to see if Harris could cut into Skattebo's massive workload. They face an Arizona Cardinals defense that has allowed the fifth-most rushing yards in 2026 and was among the worst in the NFL in 2025. New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo saw a significant increase in usage in Week 3. With Devin Singletary a healthy scratch, Skattebo had 20 carries for 60 yards and added 40 yards on three receptions in the 12-7 win over the Tennessee Titans. The second-year back played 76% of snaps and 62% of routes, both major improvements over his first two games. While Najee Harris produced as the RB2 with Singletary out, Skattebo saw snaps on passing downs and posted his best receiving output of the season. He faces an Arizona Cardinals defense that has allowed the fifth-most rushing yards in 2026 and was among the worst in the NFL in 2025. Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers (hamstring) appears to be back on track after an early-season hamstring injury that kept him out or on a snap count since the end of Week 1's first half. The team's unquestioned WR1 logged a limited practice Wednesday, a full practice Thursday, and another limited practice Friday, but the latter was for rest, according to the team's final injury report. When asked about his hamstring after Wednesday's practice, Zay responded positively, "I think we'll be all right." The Ravens will host the Tennessee Titans in Week 4, and their defense has played tough against the pass thus far. The Titans' defense is running Cover 4 at the league's highest rate (36.5%) and has yet to allow a passing touchdown using this coverage. They have also allowed the seventh-lowest passing yards per game (189), but are in the bottom ten for EPA per pass play (+0.06) and 19th overall in yards per pass play (6.4) heading into Week 4. However, despite his limited snaps this season, Flowers leads the league with 19.5 yards per target, a 46.2% target rate, 0.7 EPA per route, a 38.5% first-down rate, and a 23.1% explosive play rate, according to Next Gen Stats. The fourth-year wideout ran only 15 routes on Sunday (second on the team), but reports said he was on a snap count to manage his recovery, and the Ravens relied heavily on their ground game in Brazil. Despite these limitations, Flowers caught five of his six targets for 84 yards, had one rushing attempt for 20 yards, and was integral to the Ravens' thrilling victory. All signs point to a healthy, untethered Zay Flowers against the Titans this weekend, but managers should still monitor injury reports and temper expectations given the risk of reaggravation. However, if Flowers is active, the electric wideout profiles as a low-end WR1 and a locked-in starter across all formats--Matt McCauley

Whether it's due to Winston's accuracy struggles or the way they want to run the offense, the former first-overall pick may not have enough upside to be relevant in all leagues this season.
