Justin Upton Working Way Out Of Slump
5 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Justin Upton smacked a three-run home run in the Angels 8-4 loss against the Reds on Tuesday. Upton has been scuffling at the plate lately, stuck in a 2-for-24 slump and is slugging only .308 over his last 52 at-bats. It has been an injury-riddled season for the veteran slugger, battling a knee injury through the first few months of the season and, more recently, a groin injury. When healthy, Upton has 30-plus home run power. But right now there are plenty of other options in fantasy than a less than 100% Upton.
