Chicago Bulls forward Julian Phillips (quadriceps) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Toronto Raptors. He has played in every game since the beginning of February but must take some time off to recover from a right quadriceps contusion. Matas Buzelis and Patrick Williams should absorb Phillips' minutes in Tuesday's contest. Buzelis has provided more fantasy value recently, averaging 19.0 points, 5.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.4 blocks over the past five games.--Taavi Pailk
