3 years agoBaltimore Orioles right-hander Jorge Lopez is back from the bereavement list and will start on Saturday against the Kansas City Royals. Lopez has been highly inconsistent this year with a 5.95 ERA, 1.63 WHI and 81/38 K/BB in 84 2/3 innings spanning 18 starts. He has a league-high 12 losses already and just two wins. The good matchup against Kansas City might make him a contrarian DFS play, but the risk probably isn't worth the reward here. In six major league seasons, Lopez has an uninspiring 6.01 ERA, 1.53 WHIP and 7.6 K/9 in 313 innings. You can find much better options.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
