Jonathan Taylor Sidelined Wednesday
1 year agoIndianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle) was present at Wednesday's training camp practice and didn't have a boot on his surgically repaired ankle, but he only observed from the sidelines. Head coach Shane Steichen didn't have an update on when to expect Taylor to come off the Physically Unable to Perform list. "We'll see how long that takes, but once he's 100 percent healthy, he'll be back out there," Steichen said. After playing in only 11 games due to a high-ankle injury in 2022, Taylor had surgery in January and continues to rehab, and the fact that the 24-year-old still isn't 100% healthy is making him a more volatile RB1 heading into fantasy drafts. He's still a top-eight fantasy back as their No. 1 backfield option when healthy, but his ADP could continue to drop the longer it takes him to get back on the practice field.
