Joel Embiid Looks Like an All-Star on Saturday
7 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid put on another impressive scoring display against the Bucks on Saturday, dropping an easy 29 points (11-for-19), while draining two from downtown. Embiid stuffed the stat sheet in this one and that includes the turnover column unfortunately, as he committed five on the night. He fell one board shy of a double-double (nine rebounds), and also added one assist, one steal and two blocks in his 32 minutes. Embiid is averaing 29 points over his last three games and it's obvious why he was voted a starting center for the All-Star Game. The 76ers will now head to Memphis, where Embiid will tangle with fellow All-Star center Marc Gasol.
