Joc Pederson Takes .647 Home Slugging Mark Into Game 1
5 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Joc Pederson will be hunting for some home cooking in the first two games of the NLDS against the Nationals beginning Thursday. Pederson has feasted at Dodgers stadium this season, racking up 24 of his 36 home runs while posting a .647 slugging percentage through 75 home games. Pederson also finished the season hot, popping four home runs in his final seven games played. With Nationals left-hander Patrick Corbin on the mound, Pederson may not crack the lineup in Game 1. But he will be a threat off the bench and should get the starting nod in Game 2.
