New Jersey Devils right wing Jesper Bratt had two assists as the team cut the deficit to 2-1 in the series against the Rangers on Saturday. He helped Jack Hughes to get a power-play goal in the second period and also had an assist when Dougie Hamilton made it 2-1 in overtime, becoming only the second defenseman in franchise history to score a postseason overtime goal. These are Bratt's first points of the series. New Jersey has struggled to generate offense against the Rangers, putting up only four goals so far, but Saturday's victory should help the team to regain some confidence and belief. Bratt was the fourth-highest scoring Devil in the regular season with 73 points in 82 games, and he'll need to show the same level of scoring form in the playoffs if the team wants to avoid an early exit.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
