3 years agoArizona Cardinals running back James Conner (heel) has yet to practice this week. The heel injury is something new for Conner, so he'll probably need to get back on the practice field on Thursday to have a chance at playing on Christmas Day against the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday. He's been one of the most valuable fantasy RBs in the league in his first year in Arizona, so not having him in the fantasy playoffs would be a huge blow to fantasy managers everywhere. Conner ranks as the RB4 in fantasy and took full advantage of Chase Edmonds going on Injured Reserve earlier this year. With Edmonds back, though, Conner has fallen to the RB2 range while sharing the backfield workload in Edmonds' first game back last Sunday. If Conner cannot play, Edmonds would have RB1 upside against Indy.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
