Seattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams (knee) was a limited participant during Thursday's practice session. The All-Pro safety opened the week with a full session, so possibly the team decided to dial it back on Thursday. It's unclear if the limited session Thursday was for rest purposes or a setback. Regardless, his session on Friday will go a long way to determining his availability for Week 3. His absence would obviously be a significant hit to the Seahawks defense versus the Carolina Panthers this weekend.
