3 years agoTexas Rangers shortstop Isiah Kiner-Falefa will return to the leadoff spot on Friday against Oakland Athletics left-hander Cole Irvin. The Rangers tried to take a little pressure off of him by dropping him to the bottom of the order recently, but it didn't work, so they'll move him back to the top. The 26-year-old has just one hit in his last 20 plate appearances with four strikeouts. He's also hitting .152 (7-for-46) with eight K's in the last two weeks, so fantasy managers may want to think about benching him until he wakes up, if you haven't done so already. Kiner-Falefa has hit .234/.269/346 with five of his six home runs, 18 RBI and seven stolen bases in 246 plate appearances out of the top spot this year, for what it's worth.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
