Hunter Greene Suffers Setback on Monday
Hunter Greene (groin) was expected to take the ball for Triple-A Louisville on Tuesday. Now that won't happen after Greene experienced renewed tightness in his right groin. The right-hander underwent an MRI on Monday after feeling discomfort in his groin. For now, the Reds are taking it day-by-day, but Greene figures to be out until the end of July. Fantasy managers will have a better idea after the MRI results are in. Greene has been out since June 4 due to a Grade 1 right groin strain. There was some hope Greene could pitch before the All-Star break, but that is over now. Fantasy managers can be hopeful to get something out of Greene before the end of the month.
