Gleyber Torres Dealing With Stomach Issue
3 years agoUpdating a previous report, New York Yankees infielder Gleyber Torres (stomach) is "a little under the weather," according to manager Aaron Boone. However, it's not believed to be a COVID situation. Torres was scratched from the team's starting lineup against Chicago Cubs right-hander Keegan Thompson, but there's a good chance that he'll be back in the lineup on Tuesday after an off day on Monday. DJ LeMahieu is now starting at the keystone and is hitting cleanup against the Cubs. He'll be a strong DFS option in the series finale. Torres is slashing .253/.299/.495 with 12 home runs, 28 RBI, 23 runs scored and one stolen base on the year in 186 at-bats for the Yankees. Make sure to remove him from fantasy lineups on Sunday.
