Additionally, Blaney had one of the strongest runs of the afternoon here at Darlington in the spring race this season, charging through the field and walking away with a fifth-place finish when the race was all said and done. Looking specifically at high-wear intermediate tracks since the start of last season, Ryan Blaney has fastest Total Speed Ranking, and he has been fourth-fastest in the Next Gen era here at Darlington.
