9/10:Texas Rangers shortstop Elvis Andrus seems to be leaning toward not opting out of his contract, but he will wait until after the season to make his final decision. Andrus had a career year in 2017 but has fallen back to Earth big time in 2018. He managed to smash 20 homers last year with a .297/.337/.471 slash line, but he has only six long balls and is batting .266/.317/.388 this year. Andrus has also played in far fewer games due to injury in 2018, but it looks like he'll be back for another season in 2019.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
