Elvis Andrus Reinstated From Paternity List

Oakland Athletics shortstop Elvis Andrus has been reinstated from the paternity list and is batting ninth on Tuesday versus RHP Reynaldo Lopez and the White Sox. Andrus has had a rough first season in Oakland as he's batting just .231 with a .587 OPS. He's striking out 16.6% of the time which is much better than league-average, but still represents a career-worst for Andrus. More whiffs combined with his lowest hard-hit and walk rates since 2016, however, mean Andrus isn't much of a fantasy option these days.
