Eagles Reach Four-Year Extension With Carson Wentz
6 years agoThe Philadelphia Eagles agreed to a four-year contract extension with quarterback Carson Wentz on Thursday that will take him through the 2024 season. Although Wentz has suffered season-ending injuries each of the last two years, the Eagles know he's their long-term QB of the future and wanted to lock him down. Despite his injuries, Wentz is immensely talented and can play at an MVP level when he's healthy. He's a risk/reward QB1 in fantasy, but we feel that the risk is worth it after he's dealt with two pretty fluky injuries the last two seasons. There are plenty of weapons around Wentz to make him successful for years to come.
