2 years agoLos Angeles Lakers guard Dennis Schroder (thumb) is expected to miss the next 3-4 weeks of action. The veteran guard will miss the beginning of the season as he undergoes surgery on his injured thumb. That being said, the Lakers are expected to use a committee approach to split up Schroder's playing time. Russell Westbrook, Patrick Beverley and Kendrick Nunn should all be in the mix for extended minutes while Schroder is sidelined. Westbrook will have the highest upside out of the three guards, but he also comes with high risk after the disaster that was last season.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
