Arizona Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) is officially active on Thursday night against the Green Bay Packers. Hopkins didn't practice at all this week, but he should still be the top target for quarterback Kyler Murray against a Packers defense that remains without top cornerbacks Jaire Alexander (shoulder) and Kevin King (shoulder). The bad news for Arizona's offense is that they'll be using third-string center Sean Harlow with Max Garcia (Achilles) inactive. Hopkins hasn't been seeing as large of a target share as he's used to seeing, but he's still been a top-15 fantasy receiver through seven weeks and needs to be in all starting fantasy lineups on Thursday night.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
