David Price Ties Season High In Strikeouts
David Price earned his fourth win Saturday, going six innings, allowing one run, on five hits, while striking out 10, and walking two in a 5-1 victory over Tampa Bay. His 10 punchouts ties a season high, but he wasn't overly filthy, throwing just 16 swinging strikes. However, he's now finished at least six innings in each of his last three starts, and has just a 1.47 ERA in that same span with a 22:4 K:BB. It might be a nice time to try and sell high on the aging southpaw, as he carries a 2.70 ERA with a 1.05 WHIP, and a 65:14 K:BB. He'll face off against the Texas Rangers on Thursday, where he will be a fine option and could possibly be a solid DFS option in cash games.
