Colts Give Jonathan Taylor Permission To Seek A Trade
1 year agoThe Indianapolis Colts have given All-Pro running back Jonathan Taylor permission to seek a trade on Monday, according to league sources. Other NFL teams are now weighing whether to make an offer to the Colts for Taylor that would be fair value. Taylor remains on the Physically Unable to Perform list and hasn't taken part in any workouts with the team all offseason, so even if he goes to another team, it remains to be seen if he'll be ready for Week 1 of the regular season after playing in 11 games in 2022 and having offseason ankle surgery. The 24-year-old's stock as an RB1 in fantasy continues to fall after being a huge bust last year. Behind Taylor on the depth in Indy are Zack Moss (arm), rookie Evan Hull, Deon Jackson, Kenyan Drake, Jason Huntley and Jake Funk.
