Kansas City Royals starting pitcher Cole Ragans (groin) will be activated off the 15-day injured list to start against the St. Louis Cardinals on Thursday. Ragans will finally make his return to the mound after missing nearly three weeks of action due to a left groin strain. The return of Ragans should be both a boost to fantasy managers and the Royals rotation. He posted a 4.53 ERA in nine starts before going down in mid-May.
