2 years agoCharlotte Hornets forward Cody Martin (quad) was forced to exit early during Wednesday's season opener. The 27-year-old left in the first quarter and didn't return to the contest. At the moment, Martin should be considered day-to-day with a sore left quad. This is a shame after Martin missed time in the preseason due to a knee injury. He can't seem to stay healthy, but hopefully this injury won't keep him out for long. Terry Rozier, James Bouknight, and Dennis Smith Jr. should gain playing time in his absence.
