Chase Claypool Good To Go For Week 8
3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Chase Claypool (hamstring) was practicing in full on Thursday after he was limited in Wednesday's session. Claypool's hamstring is still bothering him a bit coming out of the bye week, but he should be just fine for a Week 8 matchup with the division-rival Cleveland Browns. He's coming off a disappointing 2-17-0 line in Week 6, although he did play 84% of the offensive snaps after playing 55% the previous week. And the 23-year-old has a tasty matchup against a Browns D that has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points per game to receivers in the last three weeks. Claypool will remain one of quarterback Ben Roethlisberger's top targets and has a nice opportunity for a bounce-back game this weekend. Treat him as a WR2/3 with upside.
