6 months agoWednesday afternoon saw another weak effort by the New York Yankees offense in the Bronx. The unit only managed to score one run, leaving little room for error for the pitching staff. Reliever Chad Green, one of the vaunted arms out of the bullpen, gave up a solo home run in the eighth. It would be the deciding run, as Green took the loss, the second consecutive for the bullpen. Green had tossed a pair of scoreless innings to begin this season, making this appearance particularly disappointing.--Ricky Delgado - RotoBaller
