Carlos Correa Getting A Breather Thursday
3 years agoHouston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa is not in the starting lineup on Thursday against the Cleveland Indians. It appears to be a normal day off for the hot-hitting Correa, who is in the midst of the best season of his career with a .296/.395/.521 slash line, a .916 OPS, 15 home runs, 58 runs scored and 49 RBI in 334 plate appearances. The 26-year-old is coming off a great month of June, in which he hit .330 with seven home runs and 22 RBI. His fantasy managers are hoping he can stay that hot in July and the second half of the season. Robel Garcia is at the 6 on Thursday and is hitting ninth against Indians right-hander J.C. Mejia. Garcia has 12 hits in 61 at-bats (.197) with one homer and eight RBI in 2021. You should look elsewhere in DFS.
