Jack Kochanowicz Starting for the Angels on Wednesday
Los Angeles Angels right-hander Jack Kochanowicz will start for the Angels on Wednesday against the Texas Rangers with Tyler Anderson (paternity) on the paternity list, Sam Blum of the Athletic reports. Kochanowicz last appeared for the Angels on August 10 and allowed six earned runs in three innings against the Detroit Tigers. For the season, the 24-year-old has struggled across the board, pitching to the tune of a 6.19 ERA, 1.69 WHIP, and a 14.5 percent strikeout rate (fourth percentile). The Rangers' bats have been solid of late, so fantasy managers who are looking for a streamer on Wednesday will likely want to search for other options.
