Baltimore Ravens inside linebacker C.J. Mosley (knee) was back practicing on Wednesday after missing last week's game against the Denver Broncos. It should be no surprise since he "was close to playing" versus the Broncos, according to head coach John Harbaugh. The fifth-year pro suffered what Harbaugh deemed to be a bone bruise in the opening half of the team's Week 2 contest against Cincinnati. Mosley, who was a full practice participant, is the leader of the Ravens defense in every sense of the word. He did practice in a limited fashion once last week. While considered to be "day-to-day," if the 26-year-old is able to play against the Pittsburgh Steelers, it will be a big boost for a top-five ranked defense. Mosley is one of the top defensive playmakers in the league, totaling 92 or more tackles in each of his first four seasons.--Daniel BenjaminRead More News
